● Cultivate and Manage Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with city and county officials, industry partners, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and secure advantageous collaborations.
● Oversee Acquisitions and Value-Addition Projects: Identify high-potential acquisition targets and value-add opportunities to enhance the company’s market position, conducting feasibility studies and market research to support decisions.
● Represent the Company in Negotiations and External Meetings: Act as the face of the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events, effectively communicating the company’s mission, vision, and capabilities to potential clients and partners.
● Develop and Implement Sales Strategies for Project Growth: Create and execute sales plans aimed at increasing construction project opportunities, leveraging market insights and connections to maximize project pipelines.
● Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration for Project Success: Collaborate closely with internal teams—including design, construction, and finance—to ensure project requirements align with strategic goals, facilitating a smooth transition from acquisition to project launch
