Project overview

Texas Sparks Construction is leading the entitlement and formation of a Municipal Utility District (MUD) for a 201-acre master-planned community in Gunter, Grayson County. This project involves comprehensive feasibility studies, engineering and market reports, and coordination with state and local agencies to establish the required utility infrastructure. Once approved, the MUD will provide water, wastewater, drainage, and other essential services to support future development. The initiative is designed to unlock the site’s long-term potential while ensuring sustainable growth and community planning.
