Our Founding Story

It all started when our Founder decided to
solve his own problem.

Ravi Polishetty, a technology architect with a deep passion for real estate, began his journey with small development projects. In his initial project, he faced constant delays, high costs, and even deceit. Frustrated but a natural problem solver, Ravi saw a need for better construction experiences. He knew his tech expertise and innovative mindset could create something special for the construction industry. That’s how TX SPARKS founded in 2016.
Today, TX Sparks is an end-to-end construction management company handling projects from initial concept through completion. Our team consists of passionate investors, designers, and architects. We focus on green building practices with a strong commitment to sustainability. With over 8 years of experience, we are one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the Texan landscape.
