Project overview
This project involved the interior design and full finish-out of office and studio suites tailored for small businesses and medical users. The spaces were thoughtfully planned to balance aesthetics and functionality, incorporating efficient layouts, spacious shared areas, and well-designed offices, breakrooms, and restrooms. Each suite was customized to maximize usability, encourage collaboration, and create a refined corporate environment that supports seamless day-to-day business operations.

Design & Permitting
Provided comprehensive architectural planning and space programming to create efficient office and studio layouts tailored for small business and medical users.
The design focused on maximizing functionality, optimizing circulation, and integrating well planned offices, shared work areas, breakrooms, and restrooms.
Our team coordinated the permitting process with the city, prepared necessary documentation, and managed regulatory reviews and inspections to ensure full compliance with local building codes and accessibility requirements.
Interior build-out
Executed the complete interior finish-out, including construction of interior partitions, sheetrock rough work, and installation of modern glass storefront systems to create contemporary studio office suites.
The build-out included flooring, ceiling systems, insulation, acoustic treatments, and final installations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Additional work involved furniture selection and installation, décor enhancements, and the setup of kitchen and breakroom facilities.
To support modern operations and security, the space was equipped with AI-powered smart locks, a Wi-Fi mesh network, CCTV cameras, and custom metal signage, delivering a fully functional and refined workplace environment.
