Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination
- Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Track project progress, materials, and field activities
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Participate in onsite meetings and reporting activities
Required Skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Willingness to travel and work onsite across Texas
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Internship or field experience in construction projects
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Interest in commercial and ground-up construction
