MANAGING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS WITH EXPERTISE

Conduct a feasibility analysis on forming a MUD or PID, including comparison of benefits and challenges, and evaluation of the legal, financial, and operational implications for the project.

Guide the formal petition and application process for creating a MUD or PID, coordinating with legal counsel, landowners, and state agencies to establish the district boundary, governance structure, and enabling legislation.

Manage all steps required to formally establish the district, including organizing and administering board elections, filing required documentation with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and county authorities, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met.

Coordinate with engineers and design teams to develop infrastructure plans that satisfy MUD/PID requirements, review design documents for regulatory compliance, and ensure alignment with district financing and construction schedules.

Serve as the primary liaison between the district, municipalities, utility providers, and other public entities, facilitating communication to ensure approvals, permits, and service agreements are secured efficiently.
