Manage integrated coordination among architectural, civil, and design teams; facilitate regular review meetings to resolve conflicts and ensure regulatory compliance; align all disciplines with ownership vision, budget, and timeline; and provide ongoing value engineering to maintain financial and schedule targets.

Develop and implement a comprehensive permitting strategy; coordinate preparation of compliant application materials; serve as primary liaison with city and county agencies; lead regulatory meetings; manage responses to agency comments; expedite issue resolution; and track permit progress to keep the project on schedule.

Ensure permit conditions are clearly communicated to the construction team, coordinate consultant involvement for inspections and field adjustments, and manage timely design or permit revisions during construction to prevent delays.
