Scope of Work
Interior build-out
includes demolition, framing, and installation of walls, ceilings, and finishes per Paris Baguette brand standards. Scope covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and utility connections for bakery and café equipment. Includes installation of custom millwork, flooring, lighting, and all food service fixtures and casework. Final scope includes inspections, signage, cleaning, and turnover for operational readiness.
